Martin Player High Class Butchers is donating three hundred sausages to Welsh charity event ‘The Big Breakfast’.
Martin Player won the traditional category award in Wales for his Traditional Thick Pork Sausage. Speaking to UK Sausage Week he said: “It was a great win. Our customers are always telling us we make the best sausage and that their kids won’t eat any others but it is always good to be awarded by the people in out industry who knows what is involved in making great sausage.
“We are donating 300 of our award winning sausage to the Prostate Cymru charity this weekend. They are hosting a Big Breakfast event to raise money for their charity.”
The Big Breakfast returns for its third year this November to raise awareness and funds for Prostate Cymru, health charity in Wales supporting men with prostate issues such as benign prostate disease and prostate cancer.
