The organisers of UK Sausage Week celebrated the campaign coming to a successful close on Bonfire Weekend with a special fireworks display.

Representatives of Meat Management magazine – the organiser of the UK Sausage Week – gathered for celebrations on Saturday 4th November. The team were joined by friends of the company, including well-known meat industry figures, Institute of Meat (IoM) chief executive Keith Fisher (UK Sausage Week’s chief judge) and IoM’s Mary Fisher, as well as Ian Mackway and Trish Mackway.

As well as enjoying a fireworks display, guests tucked into sausages supplied by Graham White & Co Ltd – the company which won the UK Sausage Week Best Manufacturer Own Brand Sausage Innovative award.
